About Our Company
HK Finance, as a company committed to both its employees and the environment, has joined as a partner in an innovative talent development program. The aim of the project is to educate specialists prepared to work alongside experienced staff in BPO/SSC centers. Shared service centers, particularly in the area of finance, represent an important sector of the economy in Northern Poland, with which we actively cooperate.
We specialize in supporting companies in the areas of business operations, consulting, accounting, and payroll & HR services. We operate like an in-house accounting department, providing support and advisory services at every stage of business development. We also offer employment agency services, assisting companies with recruitment and HR & payroll administration — for both temporary and permanent employees.
HK Finance is an independent Polish accounting firm operating on the market since July 2005.
It was founded by experienced managers with backgrounds in the leading global advisory firms known as the Big Four. Currently, we employ over 70 people, and our consultants serve clients in Polish, English, and German. Between 2007 and 2014, HK Finance was the sole Polish member of the MGI network.
Our many years of experience have enabled us to develop proven procedures that are effective both in large corporations and smaller companies. At the outset of our cooperation, we strive to precisely define the client’s expectations and assist in organizing efficient collaboration with the accounting or HR departments—whether internal or external.
